DESCRIPTION:
Write an algorithm that takes an array and moves all of the zeros to the end, preserving the order of the other elements.
Examples
moveZeros([false,1,0,1,2,0,1,3,"a"])
// returns[false,1,1,2,1,3,"a",0,0]
My approach for solving this problem:
- I want to loop throw the array
- when item == 0 I need to remove it from the array then push it to the end of the array
- return the final array
My solution:
const moveZeros =(arr)=> {
for (let i = arr.length - 1; i >= 0; i--) {
if(arr[i] === 0){
arr.splice(i, 1) && arr.push(0);
}
}
return arr
};
