comparing nodejs with nestjs doesn't make any sense to me because the first is a runtime while the latter is a framework (or just another nodejs package) that runs in that runtime.

Instead, you should compare "plain nodejs apps vs nestjs apps" -- ie., nodejs apps using nestjs vs apps with no libs or frameworks nestjs-like
