Today was an interesting day. I got a youtube commercial advertising TwilioQuest. It's a Learn to code RPG game. I had fun playing it and getting used to the controls. It was also good practice with APIs and the command line.
If you also want to use the Twilio API you can sign up with this referral code to get 10$ worth of credits. If you are just interested in the TwilioQuest check out its website from here.
You don't have to sign up to play the game, but signing-up gives you access to more challenges. It's also free.
Downloaded Ngrok and had to do some more command line magic. I don't know why it never works for me like in the instructions or tutorials.
What I did today:
1. Played some TwilioQuest
What I learned from it:
- What Twilio is
- Using the command line
- Creating files and folders on the terminal
- Just working things out when they don't go your way
- Sharing localhost sites online
Time spent learning:
Task 'TwilioQuest'. Elapsed time: 2 h 4 min 5 s
Total time: 2 h 4 min 5 s
Time spent is tracked by my TaskTimer script and the WakaTime app.
