Shape Up with 8 day cycle
Requirements, architecture discussion tools
Notion - intuitive
Discourse - long term discussions
Task Management
Asana - snappy UI, very intuitive to navigate, whole team (not just developers) will use happily
Github discussions - for tracking short term tech debt and having conversations spanning multiple PRs
Chat
No chat system. Use notion, discourse, and asana only.
