Todd Wilson, formerly of BC Gov, and presently chief strategist with Red Hat, talks with Dive Bar regulars Shea Stewart and Tim Fairweather and bartender Dave Ambrad. Topics covered include the concept of open-sourcing thought processes, advocating for change, and how open-source was taken on by the BC government. Todd explains how he introduced concepts that felt initially risky, but were inherently transparent and useful, and how to measure change within organizations.
