I am afraid a lot, a longtime to go before to actually get a job. How to manage social pressure, mental rut over small things, my slow paced learning, interview trials where I hardly have any luck. :(
CountDownLatch - A synchronization aid that allows one or more threads to wait until a set of operations being performed in other threads completes.
