What was your win this week?

๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹

Looking back on your week -- what was something you're proud of?

All wins count -- big or small ๐ŸŽ‰

Examples of 'wins' include:

  • Getting a promotion!
  • Starting a new project
  • Fixing a tricky bug
  • Cleaning your house...or whatever else that may spark joy ๐Ÿ˜„

victory

Happy Friday!

Congrats! Not to be a downer but last week was a breakup on my end. It's better for both of us and about as amicable as possible I suppose ๐Ÿ˜…

always exciting to see it work out between you 2 kids though! ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽฉ๐Ÿฅณ

Match-making isnโ€™t my day job but I know a few single friends who would not mind getting to know a fellow geek available. ๐Ÿ˜„

I have just posted my first blog post! And survived the process!
Now I feel awkward and I just want to go back and delete it... but no!

I recently started making videos and I feel the same (look back, cringe and desperately want to delete) but I'm trying to resist the temptation ๐Ÿ™†

Congrats on your first post though, that's very cool ๐ŸŽ‰

Does spending more time with family than coding count as a win? Because I feel like it should and that'd be mine ๐Ÿ˜

Finally got around to write my first ever tutorial series, which I published here ๐ŸŽ‰

Also, I always wanted to create my personal site and never was happy with the design idea. Now I have a design ready and started working on it โœจ

  • Went to production with the complete refactoring (both frontend and backend) of an old tool with terrible UI experience used by our Community Managers: I felt very happy seeing their starry eyes while using it.

  • I wrote my first plugin for serverless framework. I had the opportunity to learn a lot about how it works and to simplify a lot the post-deployment process of our app.

I'm proud because this week my learning led to me being added to a new client project in which I'll be having the opportunity to use Next.js, GraphQL, some Node and all in a different app architecture. I'll be having Real-World practice besides small personal projects! Woohoo!
