Monday

Like each third Monday in a month, I spent the day with the team for our Monthly Breakfast.
As always we talked about our results (good as a team for 2022) and the next steps for our strategy and the company’s strategy.
Not everything was good but this is what we have right now.

Tuesday

In the morning I fixed some stuff in our GitHub Actions to publish our application in the various environments (dev and prod).
Now they works like a charm and I don’t have to publish a single line of code without an automatic workflow.

After that I retested everything and I found some problems in the Azure Configuration that we have.
Not depending from the Actions but I fixed.

The topic is “Learning GitHub” and it’s an introduction to the most important service of the platform.

I am very proud of the result and the LinkedIn Team did a great job to edit the videos and the audio.

Thursday

In the morning I posted on LinkedIn about the course.
One of my post with the higher engagement since the beginning.

In the afternoon I sent out a lot of call for papers for some events around the Europe.
Let’s see what happens in the next weeks/months.

Friday

In the morning I have updated a third party library on Red Origin. I updated Telerik for Blazor from version 3.3 to 4.0.
I spent more or less the morning to fix all the breaking changes and some small bugs after the migration.

In the afternoon I recorded a podcast about Second Brain (as a guest and it will be out on Monday but it’s only in Italian)

After that I scheduled the scripts for the Visual Studio Code course for Improove. I think I will start to record the videos in middle of February.
