Principle SRE at Equinox, Amy Tobey talks to Jonan about leadership anxiety and managing that, using SLOs as durable processes in our businesses that drag our focus back to customers on a regular basis, and the fact that as software developers, we can't learn it all because it's impossible. 

Instead, Amy says that in order to succeed in the field, we’ve got to pick something that we can dig into and get good at some small corner of it. Then! We need to find ourselves a little, secure space and work outwards from there.
