Jetbrains gave me a license for developing my OpenSource project.
To make my development experience better I set up the option - Open files with Single Click
Surprisingly there is no an option to do the same with Folders

Fortunately there is an old but old plugin to manage it
https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/12778-quick-file-preview
Now everything works like I want.
