Nav goes into detail about his work with developing Microsoft Office apps, utilizing add-on and API functionality in standard Office applications. He discusses the issues with developing systems that aren’t considered ‘cool’, but are highly valued by those that use them.


Nav also reflects on his career, particularly what he’s learned with regard to scalability. ‘Scale has a zillion different dimensions’, he says, while going on to discuss the difficulting to scaling the recruitment process - In summation, ‘we need a consistent culture - one that values excellence in engineering’.
