It's been more than a month since I started working on Discipulis and I have a major announcement!
I've been learning Next.js for about 2 weeks now, and I've realised that Discipulis would benefit more if it was coded in Next.js instead of Flask. This would make it much faster and more accessible.
So I've started recreating Discipulis to Next.js.
I'm going to start a new series titled Discipulis and I will write about my journey making a Next.js website about Latin!
Check out what I've made so far in Next.js: discipulis in next.js.
Check out Discipulis-NextJS's GitHub repo:
Discipulis is a website whose ultimate aim is to help children around the world learn Latin in a fun way.
Its main features:
- Shows all the tenses of a Latin verb in the form of a table
- Shows all the cases of a Latin noun in the form of a table
- Use test mode on the table pages to quiz yourself on cases and tenses
- Flip the cells on the tables so you can use them as flashcards
- Has converters to convert English nouns and verbs to Latin
- Easily quiz yourself on vocab with the different sets
