I think the daily programming challenges are a great idea to maintain a good level in JavaScript programming ! At the moment, I do not want to make an account on daily programming challenge, so I put my code below.

var arr = Array.from({length:10}, (v,i) => { return i; });
var arr_new = arr;
var arr1 = [];
for (var i=0; i<arr.length; i++) {
  if (i%2 == 0) {
    var value = arr.at(i+1);
  } else {
    var value = arr.at(i-1);
  }
  arr_new = arr_new.with(i, value);
}
console.log("arr_new: ", arr_new);
