We all have unique aspirations and goals for our coding careers, especially when we're just starting out. But it's never too late to dream. So, let's dive into the world of possibilities! What is -- or was -- your idea of an ideal job? And if your idea has changed over time, how so? And what do you want to be when you grow up this time? 😉

My Ideal job is working in an amazing team where they understand the possibilities of free speech, regardless of your position either you are a junior or senior engineer. There's an open mic for everyone to chip one or two to help accelerate the company's growth.
Also providing continious learning support for engineers because learning never stop, technology is evolving everyday.
Own a garden centre!
Getting paid for my weird and wonderful coding experiments, whilst simultaneously taste testing craft beer 👍
Switch a b with a w and an r with a d in your last word and I would say the same 😋
Maybe, teaching kids how to code through some really engaging software or approach, something way better than "Scratch"
An high paying remote job.
i can not expect it from all the clients, but a drewamjob is where the leadership know what they want.
I want to build empowering tools for musicians and sound creators. It’s almost become an unsustainable career , so many of us have to learn how to code or whatever in order to get by. It shouldn’t be the way, sound thinkers are valuable members of the global community and their creations have been exploited by corporate giants for way too long!
