Hey fellow developers! 👋 Welcome to today's JavaScript coding challenge. Let's keep those programming skills sharp!
The Challenge
Difficulty: Easy
Topic: String Manipulation
Description
Create a function that takes a string containing alphanumeric characters and returns the sum of all the digits in the string. Non-digit characters should be ignored. If a negative number is found, digits after the '-' sign should still be summed (i.e., '-256' should sum to 2+5+6).
